Director Rachel Roach

Rachel Roach serves as Worship Leader at Celebration Community Church with her husband Jason. Jason and Rachel live in Dillsburg with their two children, Harper & Judah! Rachel has served in the role as Worship Leader at Celebration Community Church since November 2018. She served as a music educator for fifteen years and holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Mansfield University and a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from Messiah University. She now is the CEO of her own business where she serves Christian Owned Businesses with Executive and Social Media tasks for the Kingdom.

Leading worship had been a desire, birthed by God back in 2013 after Revival Services, but she never knew how or when God would open up a door for this style of ministry in her life. Jeremiah 29:11 states “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord.” Stepping into worship ministry has been one of the most rewarding and humbling parts of her life. Rachel has a desire to lead the congregation into pure and engaged worship where they can experience the tangible presence of God.

She hopes to lead a team of worshipers who display the mindset of “An Audience of One.” Psalm 105:6 says “Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord!” Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, riding her bike with her husband, worshiping, and sitting by a campfire.
