Pastor Luke Yoder

Pastor Luke Yoder is dedicated to serving the Lord first and the church second. Pastor Luke felt the call of God on his life to go into ministry when he was fourteen and has been sensitive to the spirit’s leading ever since. As a result, he has been involved in ministry since 2013 as a student leader, young adult leader, worship band member, and media volunteer. Pastor Luke lived in Arizona during the entirety of 2019 and was involved in ministry with his church worship team and young adult group as well. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University in December of 2020. He is continuing his study at Liberty University to gain a Master of Divinity.

Pastor Luke believes that effective spiritual change will only come through a personal relationship with God that is accompanied with time in scripture, prayer and worship. Pastor Luke has a heart for students to see the glory of God and become spiritually mature. It is his sole desire to see students grow in their faith and knowledge of the truth of God and his word. In addition, he longs to encourage an environment where students are unashamed to proclaim the Gospel that they hold so dear and develop the gifts God has given them.

Pastor Luke enjoys time spent hiking, playing guitar and being with friends and family. In addition, Pastor Luke enjoys time out on the range and in study of God’s word.

Pastor Luke holds 2 Corinthians 2:17 close to his ministry. The verse says, “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” Pastor Luke believes it is a great honor to be entrusted with ministry and has made it his goal to allow students to walk in the freedom that God has promised.
